Delivery

We only deliver to postcodes in England. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally, or to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or Scotland.

Products will be delivered in accordance with the delivery timelines shown at the point of placing your order unless exceptional circumstances outside of our control arise. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have given us the correct delivery address and any special delivery instructions.

If you are not in when we deliver your Products, we may leave your Products in your designated safe place at our discretion. If we have left your Products in your safe place, or another place deemed safe by our driver, and they are stolen or damaged, we do not accept any liability, but may offer you a refund or other compensation at our complete discretion. If there is no one at home to accept the order at the confirmed date and time and no special delivery instructions have been provided at the point of order we reserve the right not to replace or refund your order.

Click & Collect

The Click & Collect service is available at all Hand Picked Hotels across the UK and Channel Islands.

Products will be ready for collection from the selected hotel in accordance with the Click & Collect time slot chosen at the point of order unless exceptional circumstances outside our control arise. It is your responsibility to ensure you have selected the correct hotel, date and time and provided any special instructions relating to your order.

If you do not come to the specified hotel to collect your order at the agreed time and date, it may be necessary to dispose of your order. In these cases, we reserve the right not to replace or refund your order.

Your personal information

In accepting these terms and conditions you recognise and agree that we will share your name, address, email address, and telephone number with our third party courier service for the purpose of delivering your order if you have requested this service.

Risk and title

Upon completion of delivery of your order or, in the case of Click & Collect, on collection of the order from our hotels, the risk associated with the Products will pass to you.

Price and payment

The price of the Products and any delivery charges will be as quoted on our Website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Product prices are inclusive of VAT for UK orders and GST for Jersey orders, both charged at the current rate.

Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time. Orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation will not be affected.

Our Website offers numerous Products and it is possible that, despite our best efforts, on rare occasion Products may be listed with an incorrect price. Prices are verified as part of our order verification process so that, where a Product’s correct price is less than our listed Website price, the lower amount will be applied when preparing the Product for you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our Website, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before preparing the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation if the pricing error is obvious and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error.

Payment in full for all Products must be made by credit or debit card at the point of order. We use Shopify payment services to carry out and process your payments.

Discount codes

You may use a discount code if it has been issued or authorised by us for our Products. You are only able to use them once per order, once per household and a quoted expiry date will be applicable. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively and no exchange or cash alternative will be offered.

Online account and feedback

By placing an order with us you are automatically creating an online account. This account allows you to submit reviews and feedback which we may use for marketing purposes.
