Chocolate fondant – This gorgeous dessert is a treat, and finished off with whipped cream and cherries, it is simply irresistible.

“Adding chocolate sauce will enhance the fondant flavour and for an indulgent extra, why not serve with a chilled shot of kirsch?”


Cooking instructions


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180c/160c fan/gas mark 4

  2. Place on the middle shelf and cook the fondant for 7 mins

  3. Open the bag of cream and spoon 2 quenelles on the serving plate, off-centre to allow space for the fondant

  4. Place cherries randomly around the plate

  5. Sprinkle the dark soil over the cherries

  6. Snip the bag of cherry gel and pipe dots around the plate

  7. Take the fondant out of the oven and rest for 2 mins before placing in the middle of the serving plate

  8. Serve and enjoy
