A true classic, and although many people think the Caesar salad is named after Julius Caesar, it is not. The Caesar salad was invented by an Italian named Caesar Cardini. Italians can rest assured that there was Italian influence behind this wonderful world-renowned creation.

Cooking instructions

  1. Place the lettuce into a bowl and toss with the dressing

  2. Put dressed leaves into serving bowl(s)

  3. Scatter with chicken, croutons and anchovies

  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan, serve and enjoy
