Strawberry purée: strawberries, sugar

Meringue: egg white, sugar

Garnish: strawberries, mint

Plating instructions

1. Open the container of the dessert, remove gently and place on serving plate 

2. Top with diced strawberries and the meringue

3. Garnish with a sprig of mint, serve and enjoy
