Dressing: rapeseed oil, mustard, egg
Cucumber: cucumber, salt, sugar, ginger, coriander, cider vinegar (sulphites)
Garnish: radish, radish leaves, spring onion

Plating instructions
Open the bag of potato salad and lobster meat
Place the prepared lobster shell onto a serving plate and arrange the lobster meat, pickled cucumber and potato salad in the shell
Garnish with the radish, radish leaves, dill and spring onion
Add a twist of cracked black pepper
Snip the end of the piping bag of the dressing and pipe next to the prepared lobster
