Lobster & Jersey Royal salad – A wonderful combination using the finest ingredients, the pickled cucumber, dill and radish adds additional depths of flavours.


Additional information

Lobster: lobster (crustaceans), salt, pepper


Jersey Royals: potato, dill, salt


Dressing: rapeseed oil, mustard, egg


Cucumber: cucumber, salt, sugar, ginger, coriander, cider vinegar (sulphites)


Garnish: radish, radish leaves, spring onion

Plating instructions


  1. Open the bag of potato salad and lobster meat

  2. Place the prepared lobster shell onto a serving plate and arrange the lobster meat, pickled cucumber and potato salad in the shell

  3. Garnish with the radish, radish leaves, dill and spring onion

  4. Add a twist of cracked black pepper

  5. Snip the end of the piping bag of the dressing and pipe next to the prepared lobster
