Packed with delicious fruits of the sea, including salmon, king prawns, smoked haddock, and scallops in a rich, creamy white wine and parsley sauce with a mashed potato topping. The tender dark green leaves and crisp off-white-coloured stalks of the pak choi provide a nice fresh crunch.

Cooking/plating instructions

To cook

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c/160c fan/gas mark 4
  2. Remove the lid from the fish pie, reheat in the oven for 25 minutes until piping hot and keep warm
  3. Remove the lid of the bok choy, microwave for 45 seconds until piping hot and leave to stand for 1 minute

To serve

  1. Spoon the fish pie onto your serving plate and place the bok choy next to it. Sprinkle with chopped chives
  2. Serve and enjoy
