Macerating fruit is the perfect way to soften and sweeten strawberries. This dessert is full of flavour, simply put a large spoonful of cream on top of the strawberries and add a crunch to the dish with a sprinkling of ginger crumb.

- Open the container of the dessert, remove gently and place on serving plate
- Open the vegan cream and put a large spoonful on top of the strawberries
- Sprinkle with the ginger crumb, serve and enjoy
