Black beans, quinoa, sweetcorn and red pepper, bound together in a tasty and tangy vinaigrette dressing.

Bean salad: red kidney beans, firming agent (calcium chloride), cooked bulgur (gluten/wheat), black turtle beans, cooked quinoa, sweetcorn, vinaigrette (water, sugar, spirit vinegar, rapeseed oil, salt, thickener (xanthan gum)), red pepper, spring onions, lime juice preservative (potassium metabisulphite), red wine vinegar, red chilli, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic purée, garlic, lemon juice, salt.

  1. Open the lettuce container, tip into a small mixing bowl and dress with the olive oil

  2. Place the lettuce in a serving bowl

  3. Open the turtle bean salad and spoon in the centre of the rocket

  4. Add a twist of cracked pepper over the top, serve and enjoy
